		<description>Thanks for the comment Graham.  I agree that Google can be the one place you get the &#039;biggest bang&#039; for your time.  You should be where your customers are -- if they are all on Google, then that is the best option.  However, I find my customers all over the web.  With free directories such as BrownBook, you have one more opportunity to being where you clients are at.  In addition, I like to view other sites to monitor what is being said about me and my company.</description>
