Jackie - Great Videos - very powerful stories! People who are passionate about their companies have a 'responsibility' to ensure their videos are found. You have done a great job optimizing the keywords and descriptions to get your videos found and encouraging people to comment about them. It is marketing like this that inspires me - and really makes a difference in the lives of others.

Even more - Once my interest is peaked from the videos, I see that there are several other options for me to engage in your company - from Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and your bog. Nice job integrating your social media sites.

Of all the social media sites, we have had the most success on YouTube, measured by video views, subscribers, and comments. I agree that the authentic, non professional videos go over the best. I also think well thought-out keywords and video description for your videos are critical, and including your URL link (both in the channel description and video description) are key to driving traffic to your site from YouTube. Recently we organized our videos into playlists too which is also a neat feature. http://www.youtube.com/EasyStand
